Refund Policy
Full refund anytime before dispatch. Every Straply pre-order is 100% refundable from the moment you place it until the moment your order ships from our warehouse. No questions, no restocking fees, no friction.
Automatic refund if we miss our ship date. If we are unable to dispatch your order by August 1, 2026, your payment is refunded automatically to the original payment method. You don't need to email us, you don't need to do anything.
How to request a refund. Email refund@straply.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 1 business day. The funds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
After dispatch. Once your order ships, our standard 30-day return policy applies. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. Return shipping is free for US orders.
Data handling. Order data is stored for the legal minimum required for tax and accounting purposes (typically 7 years in the EU). You may request data deletion of all non-mandatory fields by emailing privacy@straply.com. Straply is GDPR-compliant; for the full data processing notice see our Privacy Policy.
